Using vinesync.co or buying anything from Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync) (referred to below as "we," "us," or "Vinesync") means you're accepting the terms laid out on this page.

1. Who Can Shop With Us

You'll need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's go-ahead, to use this site.

We also ask that whatever information you give us at checkout is accurate and current.

2. About Our Listings

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and prices accurate, but mistakes can slip through.

We reserve the right to update or pull a listing, or adjust pricing, without advance notice.

If a pricing error does come up on your order, we'll reach out before charging or shipping anything.

3. Paying for Your Order

We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Placing an order means you're authorizing us to charge the total shown at checkout.

We can decline or cancel an order at our discretion — most commonly for suspected fraud, a pricing mistake, or because we're out of stock.

If we cancel something on our end, you'll be notified and refunded in full.

5. Sending Something Back

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

6. Who Owns What's on This Site

Every bit of text, image, logo, and design element here belongs to Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync) or to whoever supplied it to us, and it's protected under intellectual property law.

Copying, redistributing, or building derivative work from any of it without our written sign-off isn't allowed.

7. Ground Rules for Using the Site

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful behavior

  • No uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code

  • No infringing on anyone else's intellectual property

  • No harassment, defamation, or discriminatory conduct

  • No collecting other users' personal data without their okay

8. Links to Other Sites

You might run into links to outside websites while browsing ours.

We don't control what's on those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies — worth reading their terms before you engage with them.

9. No Promises, Within Reason

Everything we sell and offer comes "as is," without guarantees beyond what the law requires.

We can't promise the site will always be up, perfectly functioning, or free of every glitch.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To whatever extent the law allows, Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync)'s liability on any claim won't exceed what you actually paid for the product in question.

We're not on the hook for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

If a claim, damage, or expense (legal fees included) arises out of how you used the site or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover us — meaning Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync), our staff, and anyone working on our behalf.

12. Governing Law

Colorado law governs these Terms.

We'd rather resolve disagreements directly, but if that doesn't work, Colorado courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may change from time to time; we'll post the revised version here with a new date.

Keep using the site after that, and you're agreeing to whatever changed.

14. Returns, Once More

The short version:

  • 30 days from delivery

  • Item unused and in original packaging

  • No restocking fees

  • Free return shipping if the mistake was ours

  • 5–7 business day refund turnaround once we've inspected what came back
