Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync) stands behind every shipment made through vinesync.co.
The details below cover how and when your order ships, and what happens if anything goes wrong along the way.
Processing Before Dispatch
Most orders leave our hands within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (we don't process on US public holidays).
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details the moment your package is on its way.
Occasionally an order gets held up — usually because of a payment hiccup, an incomplete address, or simply a busy period.
If that happens to your order, we'll email you directly.
How Long Delivery Takes

Standard Shipping (United States): 7–10 business days after dispatch, flat $7

International Shipping: 10–14 business days after dispatch, flat $9

Expedited Shipping: Not offered at this time
Order Cutoff
Place your order before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a weekday and it typically begins processing the same day.
Orders placed after that cutoff, or over the weekend/on a holiday, roll into the next business day's processing batch.
Keep in mind delivery estimates only start counting once processing wraps up, and things like weather or carrier backlogs can shift the timeline.

Customs, Duties & International Orders
The price you pay at checkout doesn't include any import duties or customs fees your country might charge — those are billed separately by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
Vinesync has no control over, and isn't responsible for, delays that happen during customs clearance.
If a Package Is Lost or Delayed
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, responsibility for it shifts away from us — your first stop should be the carrier, tracking number in hand.
That said, if 45 days pass with no delivery on a US order (60 days for international) and the carrier can't resolve it, email support@vinesync.co and we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement.
