Refund policy

This policy is put in place by Halnis LLC (operating as Vinesync) and applies to every order placed through vinesync.co. Completing a purchase with us means you've agreed to the terms set out here.
Who Can Return an Item
A return request is accepted up to 30 days after the date your package arrives. Before sending anything back, make sure:

The item hasn't been used and is still in the condition it shipped in

It's packed back in its original packaging

You can show proof of purchase — your order number or receipt works fine
To get the process started, email support@vinesync.co with your order number and a short note on why you're returning it. Our team typically replies within 1–2 business days with next steps.
If Something Arrives Broken or Wrong
Mistakes happen — if your package shows up damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Attach a couple of clear photos or a short video of the problem, and we'll set up a no-cost return along with either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer.
How Long Refunds Take
After your returned item reaches us and we've checked it over, you'll get an email letting you know whether it's been approved.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you originally paid with, and that typically lands within 5–7 business days on our end — though your bank may take a little longer to actually post it.
Nothing showing up after a week? Check with your bank first, since processing speed varies by institution. Still nothing? Email us at support@vinesync.co and we'll look into it.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
If the return is our fault — a defect, damage in transit, or we sent the wrong thing — we cover the shipping cost back to us.
If you're simply returning something you changed your mind about, the return shipping cost is on you.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind right after checkout?
You have a 24-hour window to cancel free of charge, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Email support@vinesync.co right away with your order number.
Once it's left our hands, cancellation isn't possible anymore — at that point, you'd go through the standard return process instead.
Packages That Never Show Up
Tracking gone quiet and nothing's arrived 45 days after a US shipment (or 60 days for an international one)?
Let us know. We'll either send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
What We Can't Take Back
